§1 Boxing Equipment

第一 拳击装备

1.     Ring 拳台

1.1.Base 底座

a)     Must be a square the sides of which are at minimum 548cm / 18ft and at maximum 731cm / 24ft between the ropes. The base should continue outside the ropes for a minimum 45cm / 18 inch additional apron.

拳台底座必须为一个方形底座，其在围绳内尺寸介于最小5.48米，最大7.31米；围绳外需保证最少45厘米距离的空间。

b)     The base should be elevated above the ground at minimum of 30cm / 1 ft and at maximum of 120cm / a 4 ft. Cushioning mats should be placed around the ring where practicable.

拳台底座离地最少30厘米，最大1.2米的高度。缓冲海绵垫必须切实覆盖整个底座。

c)     The floor of the ring should be a smooth level surface covered by a layer of at least 2.cm / 1 inch shock absorbing foam.

拳台台面必须平整，减震海绵厚度必须超过2厘米。

1.2.Canvas 帆布

a)     A natural fabric canvas should cover the whole of the ring surface and be held taught by fastenings on the side / underneath.

帆布必须平整覆盖整个拳台台面，并且在两侧或下方拉紧系牢。

b)     Any paint added to the canvas e.g. for promotional or advertising purposes must include grit to prevent slippage.

任何在帆布印刷或者粘贴的推广商标或者广告必须保证防滑。

1.3.Sides should be fully covered by a skirt.

    拳台侧面需要用下摆盖住。

1.4.Ropes

    围绳

a)     There must be 4 ropes of at least 2.5cm / 1 inch in diameter. They should be taped or sheathed along their whole length so as to provide a smooth surface.

围绳必须有四根，每根直径最少2.5厘米。每根围绳的整根长度必须有防滑包裹物。

b)     The bottom ‘catch’ rope should be  35cm / 14 inches above the ring measured at each corner. The catch rope should not be under great tension but allowed to sag in the middle to prevent boxers from falling out underneath it.

最下一根围绳（第四根），在边角处测量距离必须离拳台面35公分高度。第四根围绳不应该过紧，允许中间位置适当下垂，以防止拳手从围绳下跌出拳台。

c)     The top three ropes should be spaced regularly at 30cm / 12 inches above the rope below. These ropes should be under sufficient tension such that they offer support to any boxer coming against them. To prevent spreading they should be securely joined together by velcro strapping (or similar) at one third and two thirds intervals along their length.

上面三根围绳互相之间的距离应该均为30厘米。围绳需要足够拉紧以便给予拳手足够的支撑力。为防止围绳间距被拉开，围绳之间需要利用尼龙搭扣扎带彼此相连，其位置分别为围绳长度的1/3和2/3.

1.5.Corner Posts

     边角靠背

a)     Must rise at least 150cm / 5 feet above the ring. The turnbuckles providing tension to the ropes must be covered by shock absorbing padding.

必须高于台面最少1.5米。在边角位置的围绳螺丝扣，必须用弹性吸压衬垫完全覆盖。

b)     This must be a minimum of 15 cm / 6 inches wide and to a depth of 5cm / 2 inches extending above and over the top turnbuckle to below and under the bottom turnbuckle.

在收紧围绳的螺丝扣外，必须使用最少15厘米宽5厘米长的包裹物包裹上下螺丝扣。

2.     Boxers 拳手

2.1.All boxers must wear the appropriate soft soled boots and shorts

    所有拳手必须穿戴合适的软底拳击鞋和短裤。

2.2.All boxers must wear an athletic groin protector

    所有拳手必须穿戴护裆。

2.3.All female boxers must wear a chest protector and sports bra / singlet top. Hair shall be secured with soft and non-abrasive materials when deemed appropriate by an official from the supervising commission.

    所有女拳击都必须佩戴护胸和运动胸罩/背心。并使用监督委员会的官员确认许可的，柔软且不磨毛的材料固定头发。

2.4.All boxers must have a mouth guard / gumshield plus a spare. Hair shall be secured with soft and non-abrasive materials when deemed    appropriate by an official from the supervising commission.

所有拳击都必须佩戴两幅护齿。并使用监督委员会的官员确认许可的，柔软且不磨毛的材料固定头发。

2.5.                   For the protection of hands the use of bandages is permitted. These must be 2 inch wide soft bandage fixed with 1 inch zinc oxide plaster. The tape must not be applied over the knuckles.

          为了保护双手，可以使用绷带。绷带必须是5厘米宽的标准纱布，并用2.5厘米宽的胶带固定。禁止将胶带直接粘贴在关节上。

2.6.                   The tape cannot touch the skin directly.

           胶带不可以直接接触皮肤

2.7.                   Gloves 拳套

a)     All gloves have to be checked and approved by the commission at least a week before the bout.

所有拳套必须最少在赛前一周经由拳击委员会检查并且核准使用。

b)     Boxers shall wear 8 ounces gloves in bouts made at 147lb and below. 10 ounce gloves should be used in all bouts above 147lb.

体重147磅及以下拳手佩戴8盎司拳套，体重147磅以上佩戴10盎司拳套。

c)     The promoter shall provide one set each of eight-ounce and ten-ounce gloves to the supervising Commission prior to the start of the first contest for use in case gloves are damaged during a contest. Promoters shall supply gloves that are whole, clean, sanitary, and in good condition. The promoter shall provide new gloves for all main event and title bouts.

d)     All gloves must have the thumb firmly and closely attached at the tip.

e)     “Working the gloves”, the displacement of padding by manipulating the gloves is prohibited.

f)      Tape shall be applied around the wrist of the gloves to prevent abrasion from the laces.

拳套腕部需使用胶带缠绕包裹，以防故意使用扎绳摩擦。

              2.8.    Appropriate medical reports and home commission approval are required. A  negative pregnancy not more than fourteen (14) days old test must be supplied before the bout by all female boxers.

正确完整的体检报告和外籍拳手的本国拳击职业协会许可函，必须在赛前提交给。拳击委员会；女拳手验孕结果必须在赛前14天内检测并提交。

               2.9    All Boxers need to be licensed by the officiating commission

                       所有拳手必须已经注册并且持有拳击委员会官方授权职业执照。

2.10  Trainers, managers, matchmakers, seconds and promoter must to be licensed by the officiating commission before the event.

        教练，经纪人，配拳师，助手，推广人都必须在赛前获得拳击委员会授权执业执照。

3.     Cornermen / Seconds Equipment - only the following items may be taken ringside

            边角助理和第二助手的装备：只有以下物品可以带到拳台边：

3.1.Unopened still water bottles and an empty sports water bottle with straw

    未开瓶矿泉水，或带吸管的空运动水杯

3.2.Clean white cotton towel(s)

    干净的白色棉毛巾

3.3.Sterile cotton wool in sealed packaging

    密封包装中无菌的棉絮（棉球）

3.4.White petroleum jelly only to be lightly applied to the face. It is not permitted to be applied to the body or gloves and any excess must be removed at the direction of the referee.

   凡士林白色凡士林只能轻轻地涂在脸上。 禁止将其涂在身体或手套上，任何多余的东西必须在裁判的指示下清除。

3.5.Sterile gauze in sealed packaging

3.6.Sterile swab sticks in sealed packaging

3.7.A 1:1000 Aqueous solution of Adrenalin (Epinephrine) in sealed medical vials for the treatment of cuts only.

3.8.An ice bag

3.9.A roll of 2.5cm / 1 inch zinc oxide tape

3.10.A roll of soft 5cm / 2 inch Conforming Bandage (Dressing Retention type)

3.11.A pair of Bandage Scissors

3.12.An Enswell or Eye Iron

4.     Referee 台裁

4.1. The referee must be licenced by the supervising commission. 

                        台裁必须持有拳击委员会资格证

4.2. The referee shall not wear anything that has the potential to catch, cut or otherwise injure a boxer. They should have bare forearms and hands with the exception of rings which cannot be removed, these should be taped so as to prevent cuts. The referee shall wear black trousers, dress shoes and a white shirt unless he is officiating a title bout on the same event.

     台裁不得穿着任何可能勾住，割伤或伤害拳手的物品。台裁前臂和手应该裸露。如有无法取下的戒指，应该用胶带将其绑好以防止割伤。 除非台裁在同一比赛中执裁头衔比赛，否则台裁应穿着黑色长裤，正装鞋和白衬衫。

5.      Officials must be licenced by the supervising commission

所有裁判官员都必须持有拳击委员会执照。

6.      Doctors must be licenced by the supervising commission

医务监督必须持有拳击委员会执照。

            § 2  Standard Rules of Boxing

            拳击标准规则

1.              Integrity of the Commission

                                                                      廉洁原则

1.1.     No member or official of the commission shall have any financial interest in the sport.

             任何拳击委员会官员不可以参与职业拳击运动的商业利益。

1.2      This includes but is not limited to promoters, matchmakers, managers, trainers and boxers. For example, a commissioner cannot be a promoter at the same time.

            任何拳击委员会官员不可以同时担任（不限于）以下职位：推广人，配拳师，经纪人，职业拳手教练，拳手。

2.              Rules meeting

                                                       规则会议

2.1.     The rules meeting shall be held prior to the boxing event and must include the commission official in charge (plus as many of the other event officials as possible/practicable), the boxers and/or their agents or representatives, the promoter and/or their agents or representatives and the Sanctioning Body supervisor(s) of any title(s) to be bouted. For title bouts a copy of the bout agreement must be provided to the boxer and supervising commission prior to the weigh in.

            拳击比赛之前，应该举行规则会议，并且必须包括负责本场比赛工作的拳击委员会官员（以及尽可能所有参与比赛的其他官员），拳手和/或其代表，推广人和/或其代表；如果有拳击组织头衔认证官员，则需其组织官员同时参加。 对于冠军头衔争夺赛，则必须在称重之前，向拳手和赛事监督委员会提供一份头衔赛参赛协议的副本。

2.2.           The meeting shall explain the Standard Rules of Boxing and a copy of these rules shall be made available to anyone requesting them. Any additional Sanctioning Body rules must be presented at the meeting.

                规则会议应该解释职业拳击标准规则，如有需要任何人都可以获得一份本规则的副本。任何头衔认证拳击组织的规则要求都需要在规则会议中陈述清楚。

3.                      Weigh-in 称重

3.1            The weigh-in shall be conducted as instructed by the commission under the control of the Commission Official in Charge.

                 称重必须由执裁本场比赛的拳击会员会委派官员执行。

3.2            The promoter shall notify the commission of the arrangements of the weigh in prior to the event and the commission shall have the authority to approve or disapprove. The signed contracted weights agreements must be given to the Official in Charge prior to the start of the weigh-in.

                推广人应在称重仪式开始之前，将称重的安排通知拳击委员会，拳击委员会有权批准或不批准。如有协议体重比赛， 开始称量之前，必须将签署的体重协议交给主管官员。

3.3            All boxers shall weigh in 24-36 hours before the commencement of the boxing event. Permission may be granted for same day weigh-ins.

                 所有称重都必须在比赛之前24到36小时之间进行。如有特殊情况，有可能会允许比赛当天称重。

3.4            The boxer shall only wear approved clothing, headwear and shoes and shall strip to underwear if required to do so.

                 称重拳手应该只穿衣裤，不得穿戴头盔、鞋；如有必要，可以只穿内衣裤。

3.5            If a boxer fails to make weight they are allowed 1 hour from the time of their first weigh-in to achieve the contracted weight. If still overweight after 1 hour no further weighing is allowed.

               在第一次称重后，如果拳手超重，将会有额外的1小时时间再次减重，并达到规定体重（或协议体重）。如果1小时之后仍未能达到目标体重，将不会再给予称重机会。

3.6            Regardless of sanctions imposed by contract the Commission in Charge shall also sanction any boxer failing to make weight.

                如果双方使用协议体重，主管拳击委员会也应监测双方拳手不超过协议体重。

4.                      Before the bout 赛前工作

4.1            A referee, a time keeper, an optional knockdown time keeper and 3 judges shall be appointed to every bout. 【Where it may not be possible under local jurisdiction to appoint 3 judges a scoring referee may be appointed.】

                每次比赛都应任命一名裁判，一名计时员（包括击倒指示员）和三名边裁。

4.2            At least 1 medical doctor must be present at all times during the event. However it is strongly recommended that a minimum of two doctors are appointed. One doctor must be seated ringside at all times during a bout.

                最少一名医务监督必须在比赛期间全时参与，强烈建议超过两名医务人员。最少一名医务人员必须在比赛期间一直处在拳台边工作。

4.3            An ambulance shall be situated outside the venue and a stretcher shall be available for use as close to ringside as practicable.

                最少一部救护车必须在赛场候场，担架必须放在最靠近拳台边易抽取的位置。

4.4            All boxers shall be medically examined immediately prior to the event.

                 所有拳手必须在赛前再次进行健康状况检查。

4.5            The chief second and other corner men for each boxer shall be identified for the inspector and the referee. Only those so identified shall be allowed in the boxer’s corner.

                拳手教练和助手必须得到拳击委员会督察和台裁的确认，只有经过身份确认的方可进入拳台边拳手边角。

4.6            Before putting on gloves, the boxer shall present his/her wrapped hands for inspection by the supervising commission.

                在带上拳套之前，拳手缠手必须由拳击委员会检查认可。

4.7            The appointed referee will give instructions to the boxer and his team in the dressing room.

               台裁必须在拳手更衣室给予拳手和其助手团队口令和规则指示。

5.                      Start of the bout 开始比赛

5.1            The referee shall check both boxers have protectors and mouth guards in place.

                台裁应该检查拳手护齿和护裆佩戴正确。

5.2            The referee shall give his final instructions to the boxers.

                台裁应该给予拳手赛前最终规则指示。

5.3            The boxers shall touch gloves and return to their respective corners.

                拳手应该互相触碰手套并且回到各自拳台角落。

5.4            Once all other personnel have left the ring the referee shall indicate to the commission official in charge and then to the time keeper that he is ready for the bout to start.

                当非比赛人员离开拳台后，台裁应该指示拳击委员会官员和计时员：已经准备好开始比赛了。

5.5            The timekeeper shall start the bout by ringing the bell for the first round.

                计时员应该为第一回合开始敲响铃声。

6.                      Duration of the bout 回合时间

6.1            Rounds shall be of 2 or 3 minute duration.

                每回合时间为2分钟（女子）或3分钟（男子）

6.2            There shall be a rest period of 1 minute before the start of the next round.

                 每回合之间休息时间为1分钟。

6.3            Bouts shall be a minimum of 4 rounds and a maximum of 12 rounds.

                比赛回合数最少4回合最多12回合。

6.4            A mouth guard must be worn throughout the round.

                比赛回合期间，拳手应该保持佩戴护齿。

6.5            If the mouth guard is displaced it must be replaced immediately when the referee calls the next break.

                如果护齿移位，则在裁判命令下一次暂停时必须立即更换。

6.6            If the boxer is deemed to be deliberately losing their mouth piece the referee shall give one warning and penalise any subsequent losses.

                如果拳手故意吐出护齿， 台裁应该给予警告，并必要时予以处罚。

6.7            The referee shall be the sole official inside the ring for the entire duration of the bout. Only the referee can stop the bout but may take instruction to do so from the ringside physician.

                台裁是比赛进行期间唯一可以进入拳台的官员，也是唯一能够终止比赛的人。台裁可以在听取医务监督意见后作出终止比赛的决定。

6.8            Cornermen / Trainers / Seconds – only the lead cornerman is permitted to enter the ring during the rest period. If a cut occurs the lead cornerman and cutman may switch position, but only one second is allowed in the ring at any one time. During the round seconds must remain seated, must not mount the stairs or apron or enter the ring until the bell indicated the end of a round. Seconds must refrain from excessive coaching his or her boxer.

                在比赛回合休息期间，（边角助手、教练、第二助手）只可以有一人进入拳台。如果拳手产生伤口，伤口处理师可以和边角助手交换位置，但拳台内仍然只允许一人进入。比赛期间，边角助手们必须保持坐下的状态，在回合结束的铃声响起前，不可以站在台阶或者拳台边缘甚至进入拳台。第二助手应该适当控制，不宜过度指导其拳手。

6.9            Boxers must defend themselves at all times, any boxer who is unable to defend themselves shall be declared the loser by TKO. Any boxer deliberately not defending themselves shall be warned by the referee and if necessary disqualified.

                拳手任何时候都需要做好防守，任何丧失防守能力的情况都有可能被宣告TKO失败。任何故意放弃防守的行为，台裁都有权给予警告，如有需要可以取消比赛资格。

6.10          When ordered by the referee to “Break” the boxers shall immediately stop boxing and take one step back.

                 听到台裁发出“Break”(分开)的口令后，拳手必须立刻停止击打并且向后退一步。

6.11           The referee may signal for a pause in the action by calling “Stop boxing” and both boxers shall immediately stop boxing. The referee must also indicate to the time keeper that the bout has paused by making a “T” hand gesture and calling “Time out”.

                  听到台裁发出“Stop boxing”(停)的口令后，拳手应该立刻暂停比赛。台裁 此时必须给予计时员T型交叉手势，并发出“Time out”（暂停计时）的指令。

6.12          The referee shall restart the action by calling “Box on” and if the time keeper has stopped the timer it shall be restarted.

                台裁将会发出指令：“Box on” 重新回到比赛，此时计时员暂停的秒表将会重新开始计时。

6.13          Ten (10) seconds before the end of the round the time keeper shall loudly knock three times.

                在比赛结束前10秒，计时员应该敲响醒目三次。

6.14          At the end of the round the time keeper shall ring the bell. Both boxers must immediately stop boxing and retire to their respective corners.

                每一回合结束时，计时员应该敲响铃铛。此时拳手必须立刻停止出拳并回到各自角落。

6.15          The timekeeper shall call “Corners ten seconds” ten (10) seconds before ringing the bell to start the next round. At five (5) seconds before the next round the timekeeper shall call “Seconds out” and the lead cornermen must immediately vacate the ring.

                计时员应该在回合间休息时间结束前十秒，大声提示：“Corners Ten seconds”(边角10秒)； 再还有5秒时，应该大声提示：“Seconds out”(助手离场)，此时拳手教练和助手都应该立刻离开拳台。

6.16          If a lead cornerman has not vacated the ring once the bell sounds the referee shall immediately call “Stop boxing” and instruct the cornerman to leave. The cornerman shall also be warned that a further infraction will result in their boxer being disqualified from the bout. If the lead cornerman refuses to leave the ring their boxer shall be immediately disqualified.

                如果拳手助手在比赛开始的铃声响起后，还没有离开拳台。台裁应该立刻叫“stop boxing” （暂停比赛），并且指示助手离开。台裁亦可警告拳手助手如果再次不听指令而干扰比赛，有可能导致拳手被判丧失比赛资格。如果拳手助手仍不听指令拒绝离开，台裁可以宣判其拳手丧失比赛资格。

6.17          Before the start of the last scheduled round boxers shall touch gloves.

                在最后一回开始前，拳手应该互相触碰拳套。

6.18          Any official unable to complete a bout due to a medical issue or other emergency can be replaced at the discretion of the official in charge. The bout may be paused for no longer than five (5) minutes to enable this to happen. If the bout cannot be continued then the rules as for accidental fouls will apply.

                任何裁判/官员如健康问题或其他紧急情况而无法完成该回合比赛，均可由负责官员酌情决定更换。遇此情况， 比赛回合可以暂停，但最多不能超过五（5）分钟。 如果不能继续进行比赛，则适用于意外犯规终止比赛的规则。

7.                      Result of the bout 比赛结果

7.1            Scoring 打分

7.1.1          Three judges will be appointed by the commission for the purpose of scoring the bout.

                  拳击委员会将会为每场比赛委派三名打分裁判

7.1.2          The referee or ring inspector shall collect the scoring from the judges after each round. The ring inspector shall then total them in the master scoresheet. Only officially approved scoring methods and / or sheets supplied by the commission shall be used for scoring.

                台裁或赛事检查官应在每回合后向边裁收集打分结果。 然后，记分员或检查官应将其总计在总评分表中。 只能使用拳击委员会提供的官方认可的评分方法和或表格进行评分。

7.1.3          There is a 10 point must system. The boxer judged to have won the round shall be awarded 10 points. The losing boxer shall be awarded fewer than 10 points. If neither boxer was judged to have won the round then both shall be awarded 10 points.

               打分体系必须是10分制。 被判定获胜的拳手将获得10分，输的拳击手的得分少于10分。 如果两名拳手在回合开始后并未出拳，而比赛因为意外终止，则两者均未获胜，双方比分将为10：10。

7.1.4          A referee may deduct points during a round from a boxer’s score for breach of rules. The referee will indicate this to the boxer, the corner of that boxer and the judges and supervisor of the bout. The referee will point the number of fingers to indicate the number of points deducted and call out the reason for the deduction.

               台裁可能会对在拳击比赛中违反规则的行为处罚扣分。台裁将带领犯规拳手，向该拳手的角落、打分裁判和赛事监督，清楚表明扣分处罚行为。并且台裁将伸出手指的数目以指示扣分的数目，并指出扣分的原因。

7.1.5          If the bout completes it’s scheduled duration then the boxer with most points is declared the winner.

                  如果比赛打完所有规定回合，则总分得分高的拳手将被宣布为获胜者。

7.2            TKO/ KO 技术性击倒和击倒

7.2.1          A boxer is considered “Down” under the following circumstances

                在以下情况下，拳手的状态可以考虑被认定击倒状态中：

(a)  any part of the body apart from the feet touches the canvas

            除双脚之外的身体任何一处接触拳台。

(b)  a boxer is supported by the ropes and is not defending themselves

                  拳手依靠围绳支撑平衡，并无法自我防守。

(c)  when a boxer is in the act of rising from the canvas

                   当拳手正从拳台爬起来。

(d)  a boxer falls beyond the ring apron

               拳手跌出拳台。

7.2.2          If a boxer is down the timekeeper shall begin to count the seconds out loud using a timer.

                 当拳手被击倒，计时员应该开始大声数数：“1，2，3.。。。”

7.2.3          The standing boxer shall withdraw to the furthest neutral corner.

                  站立的拳手应该退到较远的中立角。

7.2.4          A boxer shall be considered to be down until the boxer is standing within the ring and is in position to defend themselves.

                 在拳手起身站定并处于防守状态之前，拳手都可被认定还在倒地状态中。

7.2.5          A boxer falls beyond the ring apron the boxer shall return to the ring unassisted within twenty (20) seconds. In all other cases the boxer must be in position within ten (10) seconds.

                如果拳手被击倒跌落拳台外，他必须在20秒以内，没有任何帮助的情况下回到拳台中。如果并未跌落拳台外，而只是在围绳外仍旧在拳台上，则可有10秒时间。

7.2.6          If the downed boxer resumes position the referee shall call “Box on” and the bout shall continue.

                 当倒地拳手回到该有的位置后，台裁将会发出口令：“Box on” 指令比赛继续。

7.2.7          The referee shall stop the bout if the boxer is not able to defend themselves within the permitted time and shall declare the opponent to be the winner of the bout by KO.

                 如果拳手不能在规定时间内站定并且防守自己，台裁将会终止比赛并且宣布对手以TKO赢得该场比赛。

7.2.8          There is no hard 3 knockdown rule but a boxer who has been knocked down 3 times in 1 round by legitimate blows shall only be allowed to continue in exceptional circumstances. If either boxer is a debutant then extra precaution shall be taken and any knockdown suffered by them can be deemed sufficient to end the bout.

                没有硬性的三击倒规则，但是在合法情况下，一回合内被击倒3次的拳手只有在特殊情况下才能继续。 如果其中一名拳击手是初学者，则应采取额外的预防措施，无需等到他们遭受的过多重击和击倒才结束比赛。

7.2.9          There is no standing 8 count in the sport of professional boxing.

                 职业拳击没有站立数八的规则。

7.3            Fouls 犯规

7.3.1          The referee shall wave off all accidental slips or knockdowns caused by a foul and no count will be started.

                 台裁应该挥手指示任何由于犯规造成的击倒或意外滑倒无效，并且不计分。

7.3.2          The following fouls are not permitted

                以下犯规都是不允许的：

(a)  Striking with anything other than the part of the glove covering the knuckles. I.E. head butting, shallering, kicking, slapping etc.

(b) Hitting below the belt or any area under the top of the hipbones “Rabbit Punching” - hitting to the back of the head or neck Punching to the kidneys

(b)  Spinning back handed blows

(c)  Holding or wrestling

搂抱和摔跤

(e) “Leaning On” – tiring the opponent by leaning on and weighing them down

(d)  Repeatedly “Ducking” - bending down low

重复下蹲过低

(e)  “Taking a dive” - going down without having received a blow or sufficient blow

(f)    “Hitting after the Bell” - striking the opponent after the bell has sounded to end the round

响铃后击打：在回合结束的铃声响起后，击打对手。

(g)  Failure to follow the referee’s instructions

不听裁判指令。

(h)  Any other action or behaviour the referee considers a foul.

任何其他台裁认为违法违规的行为

7.3.3           If a boxer is down due to a foul such as a low blow the boxer shall be given up to five (5) minutes to recover.

                 如果拳手因为对方犯规，比如击打过低，等行为导致击倒，将会给予他最多5分钟时间休息并恢复。

7.3.4           If a bout is ended because of an intentional foul and the fouled boxer is unable to continue after being given time for recouperation then that boxer is declared winner by disqualification.

                  如果由于故意犯规而导致回合结束，并且被犯规的拳手在获得法定的休息恢复时间后，仍无法继续比赛，则该拳手将被取消比赛资格。                 

7.3.5           If an intentional foul causes an injury and the bout is allowed to continue the referee shall notify officials and deduct 2 points from the boxer who caused the foul. If the injury subsequently causes the contest to be stopped then the same rules as §2： 7.3.6 – §2： 7.3.7 apply.

                  如果因故意犯规造成对手受伤，但比赛仍然被允许继续进行，台裁应通知边裁和赛事监督，并对造成犯规的拳手给予扣除2分处罚。 如果在比赛进行一段时间，随后因为之前的伤口导致比赛停止，则适用与§2：7.3.6-§2：7.3.7相同的规则。

7.3.6           If an accidental foul, head clash or injury causes the bout to be stopped after 4 completed rounds then it shall result in a technical decision. The winner will be the boxer who is ahead on points at the time the bout is stopped. The round in which the stoppage occurred shall be scored but not counted as complete. (4 rounds for any bout more than 4 rounds ; 3 rounds for a 4 rounds bout)

                 如果因意外犯规，导致头部碰撞或受伤，并导致比赛在4个完整回合后停止，则应回到积分卡，做出技术性决定。 获胜者将是在回合停止时积分领先的拳手。 如果比赛在回合中停止，则该回合应该按照整回合一样正常打分，但该回合不算完整回合。(对于一个超过4回合以上比赛，以四回合为计算回合数；对于4回合比赛以3回合为计算回合数)

7.3.7           If an accidental foul results in the bout being halted before 4 completed rounds the bout shall result in a technical draw. （4 rounds for a bout more than 4 rounds ; 3 rounds for a 4 rounds bout）

                  如果因意外犯规导致比赛在4回合之前结束，则比赛结果为技术性平局。（对于一个超过4回合以上的比赛，以四回合为计算回合数；对于4回合比赛以3回合为计算回合数)

7.3.8           The referee shall stop the 10 count if the downed boxer is in need of urgent medical attention.

                 当拳手被击倒后，如果急需医务处理，台裁可以停止结束数八。

7.3.9           A referee may consult with the doctor at any time during the bout, calling a “Time out” if necessary.

                任何有必要时候，台裁可以指令：”Time out” (暂停计时) 并且咨询医务监督相应情况。

7.3.10         If at any time during a bout the referee decides that one of the boxers is outclassed, unable to continue as a result of injury, not in a position to continue boxing then the referee shall stop the bout and declare the opponent the winner by TKO.

                 如果在回合中任何时候，台裁判定一名拳手实力和对手相差太大、或由于受伤而无法继续比赛、或其个人状况无法继续拳击，则台裁应停止回合，并宣布对手以TKO方式获胜。

7.3.11         If a count is in progress at the end of the round the bell shall not be rung. The count shall continue until the downed boxer resumes position or is counted out.  The timekeeper shall not ring the bell to end the round until referee calls “box”. The following rest period shall be 1 minute from the bell.

                如果在回合时间三分钟结束时，台裁正在进行击倒数八，则计时员此时不得敲响钟声。 台裁应该持续数八，直到被击倒的拳手起身恢复位置或在数到10后仍未能起身。 在裁判未叫“box”之前，计时员不得敲钟结束比赛。 接下来回合间的休息时间，仍应为铃声响起后的1分钟。

7.4            Disqualification 取消资格

7.4.1           The lead cornerman must leave the ring when instructed to do so by the referee. Any cornerman may be ordered to leave the ringside by the referee at any time. Failure to do so shall result in their boxer being immediately disqualified.

                 拳手教练必须在收到台裁指令后走出拳台。台裁也可因拳手角落的助手犯规而责令其离开拳台边。如果拳手助手不听指令，有可能导致裁判立刻终止该拳手比赛资格。

7.4.2           Any foul will result in the offending boxer being punished by the referee with either a deduction of points or disqualification. Disqualification for fouls to the body can occur if the referee feels that these fouls are flagrant and/ or continual. The referee may order a deduction of points for any illegal blow to the body and may, at his/her discretion, give a rest period of up to five (5) minutes for the injured boxer to recover. The referee may ask the ringside physician to examine the boxer before granting the rest period. If the referee rules the foul accidental and the injured boxer is unable to continue after the five (5) minute rest period, the rules governing accidental fouls shall apply. If the offending boxer is disqualified then their opponent is declared the winner. The reason(s) for any disqualification will be announced publicly.

                 任何犯规行为都会导致冒犯的拳手受到台裁的处罚，或扣分或取消比赛资格。 如果台裁认为拳手公然持续对对手身体作出犯规动作，则可能会取消其比赛资格。 台裁可对任何非法击打身体的行为判以扣分，并可以自行决定为受伤的拳手提供最多五（5）分钟的休息时间。 在允许休息时间之前，裁判可以请医务监督检查拳手受伤状况。 如果裁判裁定犯规是非故意的，而受伤的拳手在五（5）分钟的休息时间后仍无法继续比赛，则应对意外犯规的规则适用。 如果故意犯规的拳手被取消比赛资格，则将其对手宣布为获胜者。 取消参赛资格的原因将公开宣布。

7.4.3           Disqualifications shall result in a commission sanction for the boxer and / or their team regardless of any contractual consequences.

                                            取消资格将导致对拳手和/或其团队处以罚款，无论是否有任何合同后果。

7.5            Retirement 放弃比赛

                Only the boxer themselves or the boxer’s lead cornerman can retire the boxer during a bout by informing the referee, but this is at the discretion of the referee.

                 整场比赛期间，只有拳手的首席边角助手可以通知台裁放弃比赛，但需由台裁作出最终决定。

7.6            Result announcement/ end of the bout 宣判结果/结束比赛

7.6.1         At the end of a bout both boxers, unless injured, shall be called to the centre of the ring and the referee shall raise the winning boxer’s arm.

                如非拳手受伤，在比赛结束后，双方拳手应该来到拳台中央，由台裁举起获胜方手臂宣布比赛结果。

7.6.2         In the case of a draw the referee shall raise the arm of both boxers simultaneously.

                当比赛结果为双方平局，台裁应该同时举起双方拳手手臂。

7.6.3         If the result is a points decision then the names of the judges and their total scores will be announced publicly.

                如果比赛结果是以比分判定输赢，最终宣判时边裁姓名（或编号）应该和其所打总分一起公布并宣判。

7.6.4         Each boxers shall be medically examined after their bout.

                 比赛结束后拳手应该立即接受医务人员的健康检查。

8.                      Arbitration/ complaints 仲裁投诉

                 Any request for a review of a decision or judgment must be made to the supervising commission in writing within 48 hours of the end of the bout. A deposit must be lodged with the commission to deter unfounded complaints. In the event of a dispute regarding the guidelines, rules, or any other issue that is not clearly covered under the standard rules of boxing, the supervising commission of the bout will be the final authority.

                 比赛结束后48小时内，必须以书面形式向监督委员会提出要求复核决定或判断的任何请求。 必须向拳击委员会缴纳保证金，以防止毫无根据的投诉。 如果有关指导方针，规则或任何其他标准拳击规则未明确涵盖的问题发生争议，则比赛的监督委员会将拥有最终决定权。
